1. How could I get samples?

All samples are charged. Usually, the sample price is a little higher than the wholesale price.   

If you need to order samples,  we will calculate the sample cost and courier freight for you. If you have any courier account, the courier freight can be collected at your side. Upon receipt of you confirmation, we will prepare the proforma invoice to you.

2. How much is the courier freight for the samples?

The courier freight rests on the quantity, weight, carton measurement and the destination.

3. What is the MOQ and MOV?

There is no MOQ (minimum order quantity) required and the MOV (minimum order value) is required to be USD1000.

4.Can we have our logo or company name printed on your products or package?

Yes. Logo and / or imprints can be printed on our products or package by silk screen printing or other processing method. But MOQ will be required and the exact quantity rests on the exact model. Pls contact us for details.

5. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. Here is the information we need to know about your order:

* Shipping information - company name, street address, telephone number, fax number, destination international airport or sea port, transportation mode ( by courier, air or ocean container)
* Product information - model number, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( to be collected or prepaid )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any

6. Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation for you with great honor.

7. How do you deliver the goods to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by the courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, sent by air to the international airport you specify.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

It goes wihout saying, the transportation mode is up to you and the freight rests on quantity, weight, volume, transportation mode and destination.

8. What's your payment term and bank account?

Payment term: TT 30% deposit, balance 70% before shipment.

9. What's the warranty of your products?

Some are 6 months and the others are 1 year.

10. How can we become your sole distributor?

Monthly purchase of USD10,000 to USD30,000 makes you one of our distributor in your city or region; and monthly purchase over USD50,000 will make you our sole distributor in your country.
